Job Description

​

The Vice President of our Management and Audit Consultancy will oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of our consultancy services, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Key duties include:

​

Strategic Management: Crafting and implementing business strategies to enhance service offerings, drive growth, and maintain competitive advantage. Responsible for aligning the company's strategic goals with operational activities, including the development of new services in response to market demands.

 

Audit and Compliance Oversight: Leading audit and compliance services, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves overseeing audit planning, execution, and reporting processes, as well as ensuring the implementation of recommended improvements.

 

Technology Integration: Spearheading the integration of Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies into our service offerings. This includes staying abreast of the latest technological advancements, assessing their applicability to our services, and leading the adoption of technologies that enhance our consultancy's effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for all consultancy services, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations and industry benchmarks.

 

Team Leadership and Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This includes identifying training needs, particularly in areas related to AI, to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.

 

Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that address their specific challenges.

 

ISO Management Systems Implementation: Leading the design and implementation of various ISO management systems, including but not limited to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 55001 (Asset Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management). This entails guiding our clients through the certification process, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification and Experience

​

The role requires advanced qualifications in Engineering and Management, along with professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in Artificial Intelligence and related technologies are essential to fulfill the demands of this position.
